JRSwap — Live Face Swap
Real-time face swap for Windows. Works with WhatsApp, Zoom, and Teams through a virtual camera.
System requirements
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- Administrator rights (required for installation)
- At least 15 GB free disk space during installation (installer + installed app + one-time AI model download — you can delete the installer afterwards)
- A webcam
- NVIDIA GPU recommended for smooth performance — the CUDA runtime is bundled in the installer, so no separate NVIDIA software install is needed. JRSwap also runs on CPU-only machines, just at a much lower frame rate.
Installation steps
- Click the download button above and save JRSwap_Setup.exe.
- Run the installer.
If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC," click More info, then Run anyway. This appears because the installer isn't yet digitally signed — it's expected, and safe to continue.
- Approve the administrator (UAC) prompt.
Needed to install the app and the virtual camera driver.
- Wait for the virtual camera driver to install.
Runs silently and is skipped automatically if already installed.
- On first launch, JRSwap downloads its AI models (~3 GB, one-time).
Keep the app open until the download finishes.
- Enter your activation code when prompted.
Contact whoever provided you with JRSwap if you don't have a code yet.
- You're set — load a source photo, choose your camera, and press Start.
⚠ Only download JRSwap from https://jrswap.app. If you received a link from anywhere else, verify with the sender before running it.
First-run model download
On first launch JRSwap downloads its AI models (~3 GB, one time) from our own
CDN — this works worldwide, including regions that can’t reach GitHub or
HuggingFace reliably. Keep the app open until it finishes; the download resumes
and verifies itself, so a dropped connection just picks up where it left off.

安装步骤
- 点击上方的下载按钮，保存 JRSwap_Setup.exe。
- 运行安装程序。
如果 Windows 弹出"Windows 已保护你的电脑"提示，请点击"更多信息"，然后点击"仍要运行"。出现此提示是因为安装程序尚未进行数字签名 —— 这是正常现象，可以放心继续。
- 同意管理员（UAC）权限请求。
安装应用程序及虚拟摄像头驱动需要此权限。
- 等待虚拟摄像头驱动安装完成。
此过程在后台静默运行；如已安装过，将自动跳过。
- 首次启动时，JRSwap 会下载 AI 模型（约 3 GB，仅需一次）。
下载完成前请保持应用程序打开。
- 根据提示输入激活码。
如尚未获得激活码，请联系向你提供 JRSwap 的人员。
- 完成 —— 加载源照片，选择摄像头，然后点击"开始"。

包括无法稳定访问 GitHub 或 HuggingFace 的地区。请在下载完成前保持应用打开；下载会自动续传并
校验，因此即使连接中断也会从中断处继续。
